ATTACHMENT PARENTING INTERNATIONAL of STARK COUNTY
New Parents, Expecting Parents, Mothers and Fathers, and children are all welcome.
The mission of Attachment Parenting International (API) of Stark County, Ohio, is to promote parenting practices that create strong, healthy emotional bonds between children and their parents through monthly group meetings. These practices nurture and fulfill a child's need for trust, empathy, and affection, providing a lifelong foundation for healthy, enduring relationship. Attachment Parenting International (API) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit member organization, networking with parents, professionals and like-minded organizations around the world. In addition to providing assistance in forming attachment parenting support groups, API provides educational materials, research information, consultative, referral and speaker services to promote attachment-parenting concepts. Attend API meetings for education, discussion and support on the 8 Ideals of Attachment Parenting. Please click the link above for current meeting times and locations. Discussion at the meetings include one topic within the 8 Ideals, followed by an open chat and questions from the group on issues they may be having.
